Refund & Cancellation Policy

At E-Data Web Center, we take pride in our ability to consistently deliver results. While many of our competitors struggle with fulfilling promises, we consider exceeding expectations within deadlines as our primary challenge, one that we frequently overcome.

Given our systematic approach at E-Data Web Center, situations like project cancellation and refund are rare. Nevertheless, we have established guidelines for such scenarios.

Cancellation Policy:
  • You may initiate a cancellation order for any specific service within 7 to 10 working days of the service agreement through the designated cancellation process. Please contact us at support@edatawebcenter.com for cancellations.
  • Cancellation requests for services availed with promotional offers will not be accommodated.
  • Cancellation requests for domain name registration and domain name transfer will not be considered.
  • Failure to make the next payment within 10 working days automatically cancels the service agreement.
  • No fees will be refunded in case of project cancellation.
Refund Policy:
  • Our refund policy varies depending on the service.
  • If a refund is processed, deductions will be made for the work already completed.
  • Administrative fees or installation charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Taxes paid to regulatory bodies for services will not be refunded.
  • Violation of our policy’s terms and conditions will result in agreement cancellation with no refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays or service disruptions caused by third-party involvement.
  • We strongly recommend thoroughly reading our cancellation and refund policies to prevent any inconvenience during these processes.
